Seasonal wines and fresh pairings with the cellar “les Crus d’Sol” and the wine bar “Toque et Vin”

The first wine bar in Valence, Toque et vin opened its doors in August 2021. The establishment managed by Victoria Bancel, sommelier, and cook Thomas Albert, has been a great success: you have to book several days in advance to be sure to have a table. French wines are well represented among the 250 references on offer, but you can also taste wines from all over the world. Selected vintages that go well with the menu drawn up by the chef, and that go off the beaten track and classic cheese and charcuterie platters, like these gravlax salmon tapas that we had the pleasure of tasting in the studio . Toque et Vin works in particular with Rémi Renversade, co-manager of the Crus d’Sol cellar in Saint-Péray, who has come to share a bottle of Nomade, 100% Viognier, with grapes grown in the Grignan-lès-Adhemar appellation and vinified by Ardévins.

For France Bleu Drôme Ardèche, Victoria Bancel, Thomas Albert and Rémi Renversade tell us about their favorites in Drôme Ardèche, natural wine and the tastes of their customers.
