On social networks, publications promise to earn easy money. These videos feature personalities like Omar Sy, Kylian Mbappé, Elon Musk, Anne-Sophie Lapix and Alessandra Sublet. In reality, these are tricks carried out using artificial intelligence. It is based on real extracts from television news, but the voice and movement of the lips of the interlocutor are modified by software to make them say something else.

These publications impersonate personalities who can inspire confidence to better encourage people to click on a link. On a website or an application, we then explain the procedure to follow to invest in a so-called juicy vein, an investment in cryptocurrency. This money most of the time disappears abroad and it is difficult for the authorities to trace the perpetrators. Victims of these misappropriations can file a complaint and make a report on the Pharos platform.
