Saveurs side on France Bleu Champagne-Ardenne

Throughout the summer, France Bleu Champagne-Ardenne sends its entertainers to explore the territory of Champagne in order to help listeners (re)discover it so that they can plan future tourist activities.

This morning, our host Sébastien Gitton took the France Bleu Champagne-Ardenne car to head towards the small village of droyes… in order to join Emilien Bernardmanager of the Ferme du Bocage.

As its young manager – who is also a true enthusiast – puts it so well! – Émilien Bernard, the Ferme du Bocage is a farm without really being one… No big agricultural machinery, but indeed some production of farm and local productsand in particular duck specialties produced on the farm such as foie gras, confits or pure duck rillettes as well as other local products such as beers, Marc de Champagne…

In addition, the Farm is also a gîte, both for stays and for groups. with 22 beds in 6 bedrooms or 30 beds in 8 bedrooms…

La Ferme du Bocage benefits from prestigious labels which make it possible to promote the qualitative sectors and guarantee the quality of services and products.
