Throughout the summer, France Bleu Champagne-Ardenne sends its entertainers to explore the territory of Champagne in order to help listeners (re)discover it and so that they can plan future tourist activities.
This morning we find Nina Lombardi with, to begin with, Aurore Iwanciw, the director of the restaurant of the fortified castle of Sedan. The latter, very proud of her establishment, then presents the type of dishes offered. She also takes the opportunity to evoke the genesis of the place called the Principality.
