Aleksander Barkov also scored twice for the Panthers, who were down 6-2 after 40 minutes.
Radko Gudas, Ben Chiarot and Brandon Montour also scored for Florida, which deserved a third straight win.
The Panthers will try to keep their momentum going Sunday afternoon in Buffalo against the Sabres.
Sergei Bobrovsky gave up six times on 25 shots, being then replaced by Spencer Knight. He made six saves.
Anton Lundell returned to the Florida roster after 11 games away from a lower-body injury.
For the Devils, Yegor Sharangovich scored the first hat trick of his career.
Jack Hughes, Janne Kuokkanen and Andreas Johnsson also scored, while Andrew Hammond allowed seven goals on 41 shots.
Hammond was in his first start with the Devils, who acquired him from the Montreal Canadiens on March 21.
