The Stars come from behind and win 3-2
Roope Hintz and Joe Pavelski scored within 75 seconds in the third period and the Dallas Stars beat the Pittsburgh Penguins 3-2 on Saturday.
Pavelski jumped off a return to tie the game with 5:01 remaining. Hintz gave his team the lead when his precise backhand shot moved the strings. Both players lead the Stars with 13 goals this season.
Denis Gurianov also found the back of the net for the Stars, who obtained a fourth consecutive victory. Jason Robertson has appeared in every goal for his team and extended his home streak to 10 with at least one point.
Jake Oettinger pushed back 27 pucks in front of the Texas team.
Brian Dumoulin and Kasperi Kapanen put the needle on in a 25-second interval in the first period, but the Penguins still saw their 10-game winning streak put on the brakes.
Tristan Jarry stopped 29 shots for the Penguins, who had the longest winning streak of the campaign.
