Famous pastry chef crowned Meilleur Ouvrier de France and World Champion of frozen desserts in 2014, Yazid Ichemrahen was arrested Thursday, November 3, 2022 at his Parisian home as part of an investigation for fraud, according to the site of the JDD. Suspected of having organized his own burglary to receive a substantial sum of his insurance, the ex of Sarah Lopez will be judged according to the procedure of the “plead-guilty” at the beginning of next year.

Another small detail which seems to have escaped the vigilance of the pastry chef, the Audi RS6 was filmed in the process of rushing into an underground car park, near the Champs-Élysées; after the alleged burglary. Faced with the facts, the suspect admitted to having staged this break-in at his home in order to be reimbursed by his insurance. Yazid Ichemrahen would have mentioned “financial difficulties” to explain his action.
Asked this Friday, November 4, Yazid Ichemrahen indicated that he did not “have time to answer (us) us”.
