Everyone has their own program for the day, this Wednesday, February 16: a coffee at the bar, popcorn at the cinema and maybe tonight dancing in a disco. How did you experience this new stage of lifting health restrictions?

The little black in the morning, at the Café de l’industrie in Dijon (Golden Coast)standing at the counter, it’s a rediscovered happiness. “There is an atmosphere, you meet people, even if you don’t know them. It’s irreplaceable.” says a customer. An equally precious moment for a regular: able to read the daily newspaper at the counter. “We are still better at the bar, there are all the friends who pass”, he declares.

Same satisfaction in a coffee Libourne (Gironde)after a month and a half of standing ban. “We approach people more easily, they are more relaxed, and we can be more numerous”, according to a regular. In a restaurant in Tours (Indre et Loire)a dozen people meet for an aperitif, and it floats like a scent of rediscovered freedom. Having a drink standing up, in a café or in a restaurant, is the return of a French way of life.
