Salmon is cooked on France Bleu Alsace

Formerly reserved for exceptional moments, salmon has become considerably popular on our plates. In addition to its taste and nutritional qualities, the success of salmon is also certainly due to the variety of its modes of consumption.

We cook this marvelous fish this Monday, in the company of Stephane GRIFFET from the Cap d’Hag fish market in Strasbourg and Haguenau from 10 a.m. on France Bleu Alsace.
