Around 9 a.m. Sunday, a small gray vehicle was found by emergency services after it swerved violently and rolled over. The driver, a man in his thirties, was inside, unconscious. He was taken to hospital in critical condition and later died, said Nicolas Scholtus, spokesman for the Sûreté du Québec (SQ).
An SQ police officer specializing in collision investigation was dispatched to the scene to better understand the circumstances of the accident. No hypothesis has yet been ruled out in the investigation, specifies Mr. Scholtus.
