(Quebec) The SAAQclic service will not be available for a good part of the weekend, due to maintenance work at the head office of the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) in Quebec.
The platform will be inaccessible from 7 p.m. Saturday until 6:30 p.m. Sunday, to allow maintenance to be carried out on the state company’s electrical systems.
Customers will therefore not be able to carry out transactions on SAAQclic during these 24 hours.
The SAAQ explains in a press release that this work is necessary to “ensure continuity of services”.
The company indicated that it had made sure to interrupt the service during a less busy time, but it still invited citizens to plan their actions accordingly.
