In his first reaction to the events in Russia, Mr. Zelensky noted that whoever “chooses the path of evil destroys himself”, referring to Vladimir Putin who, according to him, “sends hundreds of thousands of people to war to finally barricade himself in the Moscow region to protect himself from those he himself has armed”.

“Russia’s weakness is obvious. A total weakness”, he estimated in a message on social networks, “it is equally obvious that Ukraine is able to protect Europe against contamination by evil and Russian chaos”.

“Russia used propaganda to mask its weakness and the stupidity of its government. And now the chaos is such that no one can lie about it anymore,” he noted.
