Moscow claims to have struck places where preparations were being made “terrorist acts against Russia”. For a few days and the suspension by Russia of the agreement on Ukrainian cereals, the city is effectively “bombed every night”in particular its commercial port, explains Jérôme Pellistrandi.

On the other hand, “hitting the Cathedral of the Transfiguration is an action aimed at terrorizing the population”assures the specialist, because“It is in the city center. It is necessarily to want to target the civilian population and in no case military objectives”.

Jérôme Pellistrandi says he does not believe in an error. “Even if they had imprecise weapons, we don’t use them to strike on the city center (…) There is a deliberate desire on the part of Moscow to prevent the people of Odessa from living normally and maintaining pressure”.
