A Russian strike on the Ukrainian city of Poltava has left at least 49 dead and 219 injured, the region’s regional governor announced Tuesday, September 3, in a new provisional report. According to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, two ballistic missiles hit “an educational institution and a nearby hospital”. “One of the buildings of the Institute of Communications was partially destroyed”he added.
