“There is also evidence that a column of Russian soldiers besieging the town of Slavutitch [où réside le personnel de la centrale] is currently forming to head to Belarus”adds the press release of the Ukrainian nuclear agency.

Other proof, according to Energoatom, is the photo of a document entitled “Act of transfer of the protection of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant”. In a message on Telegram (in Ukrainian)the agency ensures that the latter was signed on March 31 by a Russian general and that it formalizes the departure of Russian troops.
