Russia steps up strikes after cruiser sinks in Black Sea

Russia bombed a Ukrainian missile manufacturer after losing the flagship of its Black Sea Fleet on Friday (April 15th). The Vizar factory, targeted by Moscow, manufactures the Neptune anti-ship missiles, with which the Ukrainians say they fired on the Moskva.
