Russia hit in the heart by a drone attack

This is an unprecedented attack in the Moscow region (Russia). On the morning of Tuesday May 30, eight drones according to the Russians, around thirty according to a French military source, flew over the capital. While most were put out of action by anti-aircraft defense, Muscovites discovered war on their doorstep. “For me, it was totally unexpected. And it’s a bad surprise that it could happen to us”, laments a resident. Three buildings were hit by debris, but also, according to a French source, a building used by Russian secret services.

Two dead in kyiv

Two people were reportedly slightly injured, and Vladimir Putin denounced, in turn, crimes against civilians. “The regime in kyiv has chosen (…) to terrify the citizens of Russia and strike at residential buildings”, did he declare. Ukraine does not claim. In one month, Moscow claims to have intercepted 250 projectiles. “I think it’s more psychological warfare than reality to hit a target in the Kremlin or an important building”, analyzes General Dominique Trinquand, former head of the French mission to the UN. On the other side of the border, last night Russian drones again sowed terror in kyiv (Ukraine), and killed two people.
