The spokesman for the Odessa regional administration considers these accusations to be “deliberate provocation”. “The liberation of occupied Ukrainian Crimea will happen in another, much more efficient way”he warns.
10:38 : The Russian president praised the Russian hypersonic missiles during his speech but he did not mention the war in Ukraine, which is presented in Russia as a “special military operation”.
