RoyalMount | Grandeur and elegance at Fou Fou

The impressive RoyalMount food hall, which will open its doors on September 5, hopes to attract foodies during the day and in the evening, with a diverse culinary offering and some new concepts from local restaurateurs.

Lenny Lighter (Moishes) is back in the spotlight with PRIME Bar à Bœuf. The renowned restaurateur will offer high-quality grilled meats, with some veggie options. Hanhak Kim (Bar Otto, Korean Pony BBQ) offers a ramen bar, specializing in ramen without broth (mazemen) and ramen with a creamy broth (tori paitan).

Fou Fou also features fresh pasta from Il Miglio, charcuterie platters from À la table by Hanna, smoothies from Spirulina, as well as a sushi bar (Kishu), a raw bar (Bayswater), a taqueria (Hogar), North Indian dishes (Le Taj) and a Southeast Asian counter (Le Lucky Belly). Not to mention Eva’s, which will serve coffee and brunch, and Tiramisu, with its pizzas combining Italian and Asian flavors, which have spaces dedicated to them.

The food hall – over 30,000 square feet – is divided into two parts, day and night. On the night side, darker and more subdued, there are four bars, including a sweet bar with desserts and digestive cocktails. Events are planned to liven up the place, a perfect opportunity to let loose.

Le Fou Fou hopes to reinvent the food court. Designed by the firm LemayMichaud in partnership with CarbonLeo, the elegant space has a European charm. A heated terrace will allow you to enjoy dishes and drinks in complete comfort outside. Another little plus: you can order at any counter directly from your table. No more waiting in line!

The RoyalMount will also welcome a new restaurant from the Olive et Gourmando team in the fall, where you should find their classics, as well as a menu created by chef Frédéric St-Aubin.
