Rouennaise Youssra Askry becomes the new Miss Normandy

It was the second participation of Youssra Askry in the competition. Last year, she was Amandine Petit’s second runner-up. The 24-year-old was elected on October 23, 2021, Miss Normandy in Coutances. She will represent our region at the Miss France contest on December 11 at the Zénith de Caen and hopes to do well “the double” and become, like Amandine Petit, Miss France.
