(Rotterdam) Recently titled at the Australian Open, Jannik Sinner reached the final of the Rotterdam tournament by winning 6-2, 6-4 in front of the Dutchman Tallon Griekspoor on Saturday.
Favorite at the ABN Amro Open, Sinner dominated 3-0 for breaks and 7-3 for aces, settling the debate in 82 minutes.
The 22-year-old Italian thus collected a 14e consecutive gain.
His last defeat dates back to the ATP Finals, against Novak Djokovic.
In the final, he will face fifth seed, Australian Alex de Minaur. He defeated Grigor Dimitrov 6-4, 6-3.
Sinner is 6-0 against De Minaur.
