(Montreal) An armed attack occurred Wednesday evening in the borough of Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie, in Montreal.
Around 6:40 p.m., a 25-year-old man was injured by a sharp object at the intersection of rue d’Iberville, near rue Jourdain.
When the police arrived on the scene, he was conscious and injured in the upper body. He was transported to a hospital center.
“In the meantime, another victim, a 27-year-old man, presented himself at the neighborhood station in the Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie district, injured in the upper body, possibly by physical force,” said spokesperson for the Montreal City Police Service (SPVM), Caroline Chèvrefils.
He was taken to a hospital center. His life is not in danger.
“According to the first information obtained, it seems that there may have been a conflict inside a home located on Place Basile-Patenaude, near rue d’Iberville,” added Ms.me Honeysons.
