We approach, at least ampelographically speaking, the burgundy melon grape with this romorantin today exclusively confined to the terroirs of Cour-Cheverny. Here it is processed according to the principles of biodynamics by the Gendrier family, with this rigorous profile, very dry, with a dense, deep and bitter taste of white fruit and honey. (5+) ©
