A common life such as theirs, no one can forget. Neither them… nor all those who have seen the works drawn from reality. Separated for years, Romane Bohringer and Philippe Rebbot continued to live in the same house, or almost. Their two apartments, under the same roof, split by the stone but connected by a small passage, inspired the film fuzzy loveturned into a series for Canal + last year.
I would like everyone to meet a girl like this in their life
Interviewed by the magazine Paris Matchon the occasion of the release of the film Three times nothing by Nadège Loiseau, Philippe Rebbot has only good things to say about his former girlfriend, whom he met in 2004 on the set of the TV movie Belleville scooter – he was, at the time, deputy assistant manager. “I owe him so muchhe explains modestly. She gave me two children, but above all she carried me very high. I would like everyone to meet a girl like that in their life. Like Lennon with Yoko Ono. And a stepfather like Richard.”
Romane Bohringer and Philippe Rebbot are parents of two children, who also play their own roles in the film and the series fuzzy love. Rose, the eldest of the clan, was born on December 26, 2008. Raoul, her little brother, joined her on August 2, 2011. “In the cinema, real life does not exist, it makes me feel good, it makes me almost elegant“, however, underlines their father, who does not only play in auto-fiction. On March 16, 2022, the filmmaker will be showing the film Three times nothing, with Antoine Bertrand and Côme Levin, and will play Cap, a poet and gay homeless man who wins the lottery with his two galley companions. This is what changes him, indeed, from his daily life.
