(Rochester) Alex Belzile had two goals and an assist on Wednesday, helping the Laval Rocket win 5-2 against the Rochester Americans.
Belzile scored the first and last goals for his team.
Anthony Richard had a goal and an assist.
Gabriel Bourque and Lucas Condotta scored the other visitors’ goals.
Kevin Poulin stopped 32 shots, being beaten by Anders Bjork and Tyson Kozak.
Laval converted one in five power plays; in this regard, Rochester has been cleared on three occasions.
The Rocket will play again Friday night at Place Bell, against the Hershey Bears.
