Robbery | Two suspects behind five thefts wanted by the SPVM

Montreal police are asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects behind at least five baseball bat and airgun robberies at various locations in the city.

The thefts took place at night between December 3 and 5, in the Sud-Ouest, Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie and Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve boroughs.

The bandits’ modus operandi consists of approaching victims by threatening them, either with a baseball bat or an air gun to convince them to hand over their wallets or cell phones.

In two of the incidents reported to the police, the suspects left the victim, seriously injured, after shooting her with plastic bullets or hitting her with a baseball bat.
