The 34-year-old American made this decision for the good of their daughter Dream (5 years old), a choice validated by the judge in charge of their case.
“My love for Dream is more important than my desire to launch a lawsuit against his mother. Now that the court has ruled there is enough evidence to start a jury trial on my assault complaint, I’m calling off the proceedings and focusing on my co-parenting relationship with Chyna.“, writes Rob Kardashian. His complaint was one of the episodes of the crazy saga of his breakup with Blac Chyna.
The son of Kris Jenner and the late Robert Kardashian had filed a complaint against his ex-fiancée in September 2017 and presented new elements in 2020. Rob had returned to an argument with Blac Chyna, which occurred in December 2016, a month after the birth of their daughter. Chyna allegedly strangled him with an iPhone charger cable and assaulted him with a metal bar. Rob Kardashian even added that the influencer threatened him with a loaded gun. Two friends of Kim Kardashian’s little brother and witnesses would have testified during the trial, if it had been maintained. For his part, Blac Chyna intends to ensure that he cannot relaunch the case and pays him his legal fees.
