To fully appreciate this “tender dry” Riesling, you will first have decanted it for 30 minutes, then serve it very chilled with some ceviches or other smoked fish or eels. Not the most complex or the deepest, but the essence is there, with its malic/citrus fruitiness, its sugar/acidity contrast and its clean, dry finish. (5)
