Revolution prepares a season of star dancers

TVA will present a special season of Revolution next fall. The sixth season of the televised dance competition will bring together the best participants from previous editions.


The broadcaster announced the news Thursday through a press release. The competition will bring together 24 dancers or groups of dancers who have already reached the final rounds. Their identity has not been specified.

Filming of the 12 90-minute episodes, directed by Maxime Bissonnette-Théorêt and Josiane Lamarre, should start shortly. Jean-Marc Généreux, Lydia Bouchard and Mel Charlot will return to their master chairs, and Sarah-Jeanne Labrosse, her role as host/muse.

This announcement comes two months after that of another popular reality TV competition which is preparing an edition of star players: The Chiefs. Titled The confrontationthe 13e culinary competition season will bring together 12 former participants this spring on ICI Télé.

The show Revolution is produced by Fair-Play (TV kids, 100 geniuses) in collaboration with Quebecor Content.
