Review of the album “Pulsations”, by Tire le coyote

Something particularly beautiful is happening these days in our concert halls, especially the modest ones in the regions: songs are being recorded there. Like in the song boxes of the 1960s. On the splendid heels of The King, the Rose and the Wolf(p) and its public creation, here is the continuation of the life of half a dozen pieces dear to the repertoire of Tire le coyote, wonderfully set in the theater of the Marais of Val-Morin. With the accomplice Jérôme Beaulieu on keyboards, piano and nothing else for Pretty Annea kind of Celesta around Ice Powersenveloping dreamlike atmospheres When we hoped for tomorrowold-fashioned bastringue and harmonica for Patching up the futurethese tunes have evolved… differently! The guitars are put away (most of the time), Benoît Pinette’s unique voice resonates in the echo of the woodwork. We are, literally, with them and among ourselves. It makes you really want to attend the rest of the show. Chic! Tire le coyote is on tour until mid-August.
