“It’s really fun that we reopen. I see the stars in everyone’s eyes. Life is beginning to resume,” says Sébastien Martel, cook at the Sesame restaurant.

In addition, after each reopening, the cook observed that people parade to enjoy a good meal with the family.

“It’s going to be difficult, we’re really tired of opening and closing,” said the owner.

At the microphone of our colleague Véronique Dubé, the president of the Association québécoise des restaurateurs maintains that the restaurants will no longer be able to undergo another closure. He adds that solutions must be found in the event of an outbreak or the appearance of another variant.
