Restaurant-creperie La Gogaille in Oloron Ste Marie

Emilie Richard and Christophe Darribere-Pleyt arrive from Savoie, they both worked in Arcs 1800, but the seasons are difficult and then with the pandemic they decided to start. Christophe has his family in Billere so it was only natural that Béarn was chosen for this first adventure, the opening of a first restaurant.

La Gogaille has gone from creperie to restaurant-creperie with daily specials, a menu and always pancakes and crepes.

Christophe Darribere-Pleyt is the chef and Emilie Richard welcomes us to this pretty establishment which has kept the regulars of this renowned gourmet address in Oloron-Ste-Marie. La Gogaille offers us dishes of the day like today Fish & Chips and its tartar sauce (9 euros) everything is homemade with maximum local products even if in 4 months Emilie and Christophe have not yet had time to go around. Wednesday is closing day but tomorrow is Candlemas so…you have to book!
