In recent days, there has been a lively debate on the creation of a National Institute of Excellence in Education (INEE), let us quote on the one hand the text of Simon Viviers in Le Devoir of May 12⁠1 and on the other that of two economists, Catherine Haeck and Pierre Fortin, in La Presse of May 20⁠2.
