Bugey Cerdon is a Savoy appellation that produces semi-dry rosé sparkling wines, made from Gamay and Poulsard. Produced according to the ancestral method, which, like natural sparkling wines, involves a single fermentation ending in the bottle, these are wines with a delicate foam and a low alcohol content.
This one, made with 60% Gamay and 40% Poulsard, offers alluring aromas of small red fruits. The palate is certainly sweet, but perfectly balanced by fresh acidity and the burst of fruit flavors. The fine bubbles only add to its digestible character. Real candy, it is ideal to accompany low sugar desserts with small red fruits, or to be the dessert in itself!
