The figure of conspiratorial circles Rémy Daillet, particularly known for his involvement in the kidnapping of little Mia, was indicted Friday, October 22 for “criminal terrorist association” after being presented to an anti-terrorism investigating judge in late afternoon, learned franceinfo from a judicial source. He was taken into custody.

He is suspected of being involved in plans for an attack by the ultra-right group “Honor and Nation”. Its secretary was also indicted on the same counts and placed under judicial supervision. “Justice confirms the disfavourable treatment of Mr. Daillet, imprisoned because of his political ideas, and confirms his status as a political prisoner, a man to be slaughtered and alleged”, reacted in a press release Me Jean-Christophe Basson-Larbi, the conspirator’s lawyer.

Already indicted in Nancy in the case of the kidnapping of little Mia, which he is suspected of having organized, Rémy Daillet was extracted from his cell on Tuesday to be placed in police custody in this new investigation. He was heard by the General Directorate of Internal Security (DGSI) in connection with the plans to attack the ultra-right group “Honor and Nation”.

“No material and objective element allows us to [Rémy Daillet] personally involved after a custody he faced alone, confident that he was still in French justice “, adds his lawyer, before specifying that he intended to appeal the placement in pre-trial detention

Between the months of May and October, twelve people living in the entourage of Rémy Daillet had been indicted, suspected of having prepared violent actions in particular against community places, Masonic lodges and the Ministry of Health, but also against 5G antennas and vaccination centers. According to a source close to the investigation, the aim of these actions was to “overthrow the institutions”.
