A week after the disappointment of Bahrain, Max Verstappen offered his first Grand Prix of the season, Sunday March 27, in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia). If Sergio Pérez (Red Bull) started from pole position, it was with Monegasque Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) that Max Verstappen (Red Bull) fought for a long time, before finally taking the lead four laps from the end of the race.
The other Ferrari driver, Carlos Sainz, also finished on the podium. Sébastien Ocon finished in sixth position, and Pierre Gasly in eighth place. In the championship standings, it is Charles Leclerc who retains his place as leader.
