Nice and Marseille neutralized each other 1-1 on Wednesday October 27 in a replay match for the 3rd day of Ligue 1 in Troyes, two months after the incidents which had interrupted the first meeting between the two teams in Nice. Behind closed doors at the Stade de l’Aube, the venue chosen to replay the match, the Niçois took the lead early in the match thanks to Amine Gouiri before Dimitri Payet equalized for the Olympians before half-time. Still 3rd (20 points) and 4th (19), the two teams share the points and missed the opportunity to regain the place of dolphin in Lens.
