A week after its dashing success in England (29-23), the XV du Chardon remains on its way to achieving a Grand Slam, which it has not done since 1990. By winning at Murrayfield (35-7) against the Leek XV who suffered a second defeat in a row, Gregor Townsend’s team sent a signal to everyone. This victory was obtained with the offensive bonus thanks to the five tries scored by Turner (30th), Steyn (51st and 58th), Konghorn (71st) and Fagerson (79th), against only one from Owens for the visitors, reduced to 14 for ten minutes before game time.
With Ireland, the Scots are the only undefeated in this edition. In two weeks, they will face the defending champions, the French, at the Stade de France, for a new major test.
