Finally, Monegasque glory. The preserve of Red Bull for three seasons, the legendary Monaco Grand Prix this time smiled on Charles Leclerc, where he won for the first time in his career, Sunday May 26. At home, the Ferrari driver, who started in pole position, completed a perfect race to secure his sixth career victory, undoubtedly the most beautiful in his eyes.
After an eventful start, marked by several clashes and accidents, including a huge pile-up between Sergio Pérez, Kevin Magnussen and Nico Hülkenberg, the event did not offer a spectacular race, with few overtakes. Enough to make the Monegasque happy, never really worried by his pursuers, Oscar Piastri (McLaren) and Carlos Sainz (Ferrari), who accompanied him on the podium.
