According to the parliamentarian, it is “guilty for the situation in the country”notably “in matters of judicial laxity”.

After the death of Thomas Crepol (Drôme), the Minister of Justice accused the National Rally of pitting France against each other. “Unfortunately, I think that it is his action which little by little divides the French and leads to these desires to take justice into their own hands”, believes the MP, who welcomes Gérald Darmanin’s decision to dissolve certain ultra-right movements. On the other hand, Thomas Ménage “demands the resignation of the entire government”. According to him, on the question of Crépol, Éric Dupond-Moretti would have “sought to divert attention”.
