Reims, sparkling cuisine!

Reims is world famous for his Champagne and for its heritage. Double listed as UNESCO heritage for Notre-Dame cathedral (and its stained glass windows), the Palais de Tau and the former Saint-Rémi basilica on the one hand and for the landscapes of Champagne on the other hand, Reims and its region are marked by a very rich history.

From Gallo-Roman remains to Champagne Art Deco residences, the routes through the city and its surroundings are also gourmet. The caves of course, but also the Boulingrin market and March Street are all essential places to discover the best wines and local specialties, such as the famous pink cookie.
