3, 2, 1… three months of opening, two medals and a shop
Last May, and only three months after the opening of their shop, two young people from Rémois went to Paris for the French Coffee Championship and won the first two medals! Kevin David earned the title of French champion of Barista coffeea popular championship event and Charity Cheung has become French champion in the Brewer categoryspecialty hand-extracted filter coffee.
