The government will further extend the reimbursement period for the deferral of charges granted to the companies most affected by the health crisis, announced Monday, November 22 the Minister Delegate in charge of Public Accounts Olivier Dussopt. “In the coming days, I will sign a decree which will allow (…) to go up to 5 years, so 60 months”, for companies “those most affected by the crisis, those which have been the subject of closures and for companies in overseas territories”, he announced at the microphone of Sud Radio.

Companies in these sectors (events, tourism …) will be able to make a request to the tax administration, responsible for proposing to those who need them plans to clear their social debt, then specified the ministry. The government had already opened up the possibility for SMEs and very small businesses to extend up to 36 months, instead of 6 months in normal times, the reimbursement of the deferral of charges from which they benefited during the health crisis.
