Pandemic or not, the organizers of the Ultra Trail des Montagnes du Jura intend to maintain the 3rd edition of the race, scheduled from September 30 to October 2, 2022. Registrations are open since Monday, January 17.
More than 4000 participants are expected on the five races that will, like last year, be on the program for this 2022 edition: UTMJ (170 km), Franco-Swiss (110 km), Renarde (70 km), CMM (40 km) and Lynx (20 km). 500 volunteers will be mobilized to ensure the smooth running of the events. The different routes cross two countries, France and Switzerland, and three departments: Doubs, Jura and Ain, and 30 municipalities. In 2021, a year marked by Covid-19, the various events brought together 1,700 participants.
Registration is done online on the Ultra Trail des Montagnes du Jura website. The prices, identical to those of 2021, are maintained until Tuesday, February 15, 2022. They vary from 170 euros to 35 euros depending on the race.
