Call for applications : in March and May 2023, the third edition of the Leopards Trophy will reward the best cooks in three categories: amateursthem learners and the professionals.
In May 2023, amateurs, learners and professionals of the whole of France will measure themselves against a jury of prestigious chefs chaired by Stephane Carbone, the Stéphane Carbone restaurants in Caen and l’Espérance in Hérouville-Saint-Clair. To win the trophy, each category will prepare a meal around the Livarotcheese of excellence from Normandy.
the culinary competition is organized by the gastronomic event organization company Marie Sauce Consulting
with the support of Normandy region
and many partners.
A first event reserved for Norman amateurs will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 in Domfront-en-Poiraie, in the Orne. The best of them will join the national final which will be held on Wednesday May 31 in the heart of theAbbaye aux Dames, in Caen. On Thursday, June 1, two other national finals will designate the winners of the professional and learner categories. At the same time, the Leopards Marketvillage of Norman producers will take place in the gardens of the Abbaye aux Dames.

Normandy amateur selection : all the amateurs residing in Normandy can participate in this contest. The registrations are open from now until December 31, 2022. selected files will join the Norman amateur selection on March 29, 2023 at Domfront in Poiraie. National Finals Amateur candidates residing outside the Normandy Region, professional candidates and learner candidates can request their registration file from now until December 31, 2022. The selected files will join the National Finals of May 31 and June 1 2023 in Caen, within the walls of the Abbaye aux Dames.
