Ricardo Larrivee will be at the magnificent Reford Gardens, in Métis-sur-Mer, on August 17, to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II, which marks the 70e anniversary of his accession to the throne.

Starting at 11 a.m., the public is invited to celebrate as Queen Elizabeth cake and lemonade will be served free of charge (with admission to the Gardens).

At 4 p.m. there will be a philanthropic event for the benefit of the Elsie Fund. For the occasion, Ricardo has developed with Frédérick Boucher, chef of the Jardins de Métis, a three-course menu of English tea, which the guests can enjoy on the flowery terrace of the Estevan villa accompanied by the music of the ensemble. Baroque from the Rimouski Music Conservatory.

On the menu: crustless sandwiches in three variations, scones and homemade pastries.
