Ingredients
450 (1 lb) ground beef
45 g (¼ cup) semi-sweet chocolate, in pieces
60 ml (¼ cup) caramel
70 g (¼ cup) crunchy peanut butter
2 tbsp. tablespoons Quebec BBQ Texas spices
125 ml (½ cup) Quebec Ketchot BBQ sauce
Preparation
1. Preheat barbecue to 200°C (400°F) on indirect heat.
2. Mix all the ingredients, except the Ketchot sauce. Form 4 meatballs of the same size.
3. Cook the meatballs over indirect heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
4. Brush them with Ketchot sauce and cook over direct heat for 1 minute on each side.
5. Serve meatballs on brioche bread.
