On the menu: a theoretical component (taking care of yourself, listening to your body, freeing yourself from prohibitions) and a practical one, with a host of recipes, including many desserts (iced coffee whirlwind, decadent cookies, etc.). It is not a coincidence. The bias here, as we have said, is pleasure (to eat, but also to move, since one actually goes with the other), and above all benevolence. Note: the authors, two dietitians-nutritionists, have both had to deal with issues related to body image in their past. They do not hide it, and, obviously, they have above all made quite a journey. Here, we do not speak in portions, but in bowls (to each his own appetite, we will have understood it), we give the floor to personalities with varied physique (Mickaël Bergeron, Mélanie Couture). To put an end to prejudices and negative connotations.

Eat and move… intuitively!

Eat and move… intuitively!
