All recounts are now complete in Montreal, confirming the victory of the six elected in the boroughs where the results have been questioned.

Friday, Election Montreal was able to confirm the victory of Julien Hénault-Ratelle, who won over the former president of the municipal council, Suzie Miron, putting an end to the last recount.
Following the elections, Ensemble Montréal requested a judicial recount for four positions located in two boroughs, in particular the town halls of Côte-des-Neiges – Notre-Dame-de-Grâce and Rivière-des-Prairies – Pointe-aux- Aspens.
For its part, Projet Montréal wanted a recount for the town hall of Outremont and the post of city councilor in Tétreaultville where Ms. Miron was overthrown.
Although the number of votes awarded to either candidate may have changed in some races, none of the results were overturned after these recounts.
The elected officials confirmed in their victory can now be sworn in, in order to sit on the next municipal council, which will take place on Monday.
