Recipe for 4 people
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 7 minutes
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup miniature marshmallows (or large marshmallows cut into 4)
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips (or butterscotch chips)
- 4 sugar cones
- 4 squares of aluminum foil (about 20 cm each)
Preparation
- 1. In a bowl, mix the chips and marshmallows.
- 2. Stuff each cone to the rim with the mixture of chips and marshmallows.
- 3. Wrap each cone with a sheet of aluminum foil.
- 4. Cook on the edge of the coals of a campfire for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
- 5. Unwrap and serve hot, with plenty of napkins!
